Afrocab Afrocab Treatment Access Partnership is a network of HIV community leaders and advocates across sub-Saharan Africa, headquartered in Zambia, with operations in 22 countries. Founded in 2011, its primary mission is to accelerate access to optimal HIV and co-morbidity therapeutics and diagnostics through advocacy, coordination, and capacity building.
Afrocab key focus areas are Global Advocacy, Building Global & Regional Networks and Country and Continental Coordination. These collective actions have been intended to move toward creating an ecosystem approach to address the complexity of delivering the highest quality and most cost-effective testing, prevention, and treatment of HIV and its co-morbidities in Africa.
Afrocab Treatment Access Partnership (Afrocab) seeks a consultant to conduct an independent review of AFROCAB Systems, Procedures and Policies. The consultant will carry out the services in December 2024, covering the following aspects:
• Conduct a review of Afrocab’s systems and internal controls that respond to the organization’s operational needs across the countries that Afrocab operates in.
• Conduct a review of Afrocab’s policies and procedures – governance, risk management, financial, procurement, human resources, and operational systems along with all other organizational policies and procedures.
