Reasonable extra travel costs can also be reimbursed such as airport transfers or local travel.

• We will need a copy of a receipt or ticket to pay your claim.
• If you would like help with travel costs please indicate this when you register for the meeting.
• AfroCAB will, as far as possible, help with other reasonable costs necessary for members to attend AfroCAB meetings. We will require proof of the expense to pay your claim.
